Many may think that our company does not like truck drivers. It’s really the opposite. We understand the heavy demands placed on trucks. In fact, in many of our cases, truck drivers have been seriously injured or killed by operators run by dangerous trucking companies that have not properly trained their workers. Often, unscrupulous companies use security measures to lower their prices. This puts responsible truck drivers and the rest of us at risk.
And often, the only thing that can get a truck off the road is another tractor trailer. Cars can be like accelerating an 80,000 pound tractor trailer. We have learned many lessons in helping truck drivers and their families. We are always honored to share our experience with other truck accident attorneys.
Focus groups are a powerful tool in helping truck accident survivors find justice. Ken advised on the logistics of setting up a focus group and covered participant recruitment, location, timing, formats, etc. Lawyers and their staff can greatly increase their clients’ chances of recovery by conducting focus groups. To make sure you’re on the right track, we recommend testing the theories and key facts of the case with non-lawyer focus group participants. We generally find that focus group members add a positive perspective to test preparation.
